1. Terms
Artists Financial Management Group, LLC (“AFM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a business management consulting company based out of Los Angeles, California and New York, New York. AFM owns and operates the website located at https://afmllc.com/ (“Site”). By accessing this Site, You (also referred to as “Your”) agree to be bound by these Site Terms of Use (“Terms” or “Agreement”), the associated Privacy Policy, all applicable laws and regulations, and that You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. These Terms are a legally binding contract between You and AFM.
If You do not agree with any of these Terms, You are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Site are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms. If You continue to access and use the Site after any changes, You agree to accept and be bound by the updated Terms.
2. Use License
1. We grant You permission to temporarily download one copy of the material (information) on AFM’s Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license You may not:

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications
AFM may revise these Terms of Use for its Site at any time without notice. By using this Site, You are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
8. Forum
If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, all such disputes (regardless of the theory) arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the relationship between the user and us, will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the county of Los Angeles, California, or the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. In such cases, You and we agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Los Angeles County, California, or the Central District of California, and agree to waive any objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over the parties by such courts and to venue in such courts.
As previously explained, any claim relating to AFM’s Site shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California in all disputes arising out of or relating to the user’s use of the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall have the right to bring action against users of the Site in courts of competent jurisdiction in the jurisdiction in which such visitors reside or are located:
1. to seek injunctive relief against such user,
2. to obtain a judgment against such visitor where a judgment by a United States court will, or may, not be enforced by the jurisdiction in which such visitor resides or is located, or
3. to enforce a judgment obtained against such a user in a California court.
9. Arbitration
By using this website and our services, You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of service, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration will be conducted in California, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause does not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.
You and AFM waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, and no arbitration shall be consolidated with any other proceeding involving any other person or entity.
If any portion of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the clause shall still be enforceable and effective.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, us, or third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality, including text, graphics, logos, and images, of the Site are the exclusive property of AFM and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
12. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other Terms contained in the Site, including our Privacy Policy, provided that in the event of a conflict between such other Terms and the Terms of this Agreement, the Terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
You agree that we have the right to assign any of our rights, transfer, subcontract, or delegate any of our obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement is personal to You, and You may not transfer or assign it to a third party.
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations stated above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement concerning the Site and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, for the Site. A printed version of this Agreement and any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
13. Reservation of Rights
Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved to AFM.
